JOB DESCRIPTION STORES

·         Responsible for the Entire store's operation.

·         Assisting in all inventory and store administrative tasks.

·         Receiving the materials, Physical verification of quantity, arranging inspection, segregation, storage of material at identified / demarcated places with identification tags / code numbers.

·         Finished goods Material (Raw material) Loading & Unloading.

·         Timely action on damage and non-moving stock

·         Updating and maintenance of related documents i.e. GIRs / Stock Cards / Ledgers & Etc. Preparation of Daily, Fortnightly & Monthly Reports.

·         Issue of the materials & their accounting.

·         Closing balance, Periodic stock verification, reconciliation and updating the records.

·         Gate Passes (RGP & NRGP) and Delivery Challan generation issue & control.

·         Associated with the Materials dept. involving in stores Inventory and Finished Products dispatches (Out Going) activities.

·         Maintenance of stock registers of raw materials, Consumables, packing materials, (Incoming) Finished goods and stores Inventory.
